Role Responsibilities:
- Provide network SME support for WAN, DMZ, and Cloud technologies.
- Own Global WAN and Telecom Service Delivery: provision/modify/renew/decommission enterprise WAN/Internet/MPLS/SD-WAN/cloud connectivity/telecom worldwide; ensure on-time connectivity for sites, datacenters, cloud, and initiatives.
- Manage global telecom expenses and financial governance: telecom billing, invoice processing, chargebacks, forecasting/budgeting, vendor billing compliance, cost transparency; manage TEM provider relationships.
- Lead carrier/service provider relationships: primary escalation/governance for providers; negotiate changes, resolve disputes, coordinate installations, drive performance.
- Drive network modernization: SD-WAN, cloud networking, datacenter connectivity, resiliency, remote-worker connectivity, Teams optimization, cloud interconnect; develop business cases and implementation strategies.
- Enterprise networking governance: WAN architectures, cloud connectivity, capacity planning, provisioning standards, router lifecycle, support vulnerability remediation and hardware refresh.
- Telecom inventory/reporting: maintain circuit/contract/service inventory and spend; dashboards/analytics for budgeting/forecasting/audits.
- Coordinate cross-functional infrastructure projects and telecom guidance for site changes; lead escalations/risk management.
- WAN–DMZ engineering: coordinate failover testing; complex routing/security changes; telco bandwidth upgrades; capacity/optimization analysis; identify automation and service improvement.

Basic Qualifications (Required):
- BS in CS/IS/cybersecurity/engineering; 6+ years corporate network experience.
- Manage resources for change; IP routing/protocols; MPLS provisioning; secure SD-WAN design/operations; network automation/scripting.
- Strong IP/L2 knowledge (DNS, VPN/tunnels, VLANs, NAT, firewalls, LACP, 802.1Q, VRRP; OSPF/EIGRP/BGP-4/OMP/MPLS, Ethernet WAN).
- Troubleshooting/debugging and executive-level communication; SD-WAN cloud design and SD-WAN equipment implementation/operation.

Preferred Qualifications:
- MS; CCNP+; ITIL; HLD document understanding; DMZ processes/procedural documentation; analytic/problem-solving; agile/change orientation; leadership/mentoring.

Travel/Work: Standard schedule; limited travel (about 1 trip/year). Hybrid; office 2–3 days/week.

Compensation/Benefits (as stated): Base salary $139,100–$231,900; bonus target 17.5%; eligible long-term incentive; 401(k) with match, retirement contribution, paid leave, and medical/dental/vision.
