Senior Manager, WAN Provisioning and Expense Management

Role Responsibilities:
- Provide network SME for WAN, DMZ, and Cloud technologies.
- Own Global WAN and Telecom Service Delivery: provision/modify/renew/decommission enterprise WAN, Internet, MPLS, SD-WAN, cloud connectivity, and telecom services worldwide; deliver connectivity requirements for sites, datacenters, cloud platforms, and business initiatives on time.
- Manage Global Telecom Expenses and Financial Governance: oversee telecom billing, invoice processing, chargebacks, forecasting, budgeting, vendor compliance, and cost transparency; process carrier invoices and allocate to cost centers.
- Lead Carrier and Service Provider Relationships: primary escalation/governance point for telecom providers; negotiate service changes, resolve billing disputes, coordinate installations, and drive operational performance.
- Drive Network Modernization and Strategic Infrastructure Programs: lead SD-WAN, cloud networking, datacenter connectivity, resiliency, remote-worker connectivity, Teams optimization, and cloud interconnect initiatives; develop business cases and implementation strategies.
- Provide technical governance for enterprise networking; support vulnerability remediation and network hardware refresh.
- Manage telecom inventory, reporting, and data quality; maintain global circuit/contract/service inventory visibility and use dashboards/analytics.
- Coordinate cross-functional infrastructure projects and provide telecom guidance for new sites/upgrades/relocations/acquisitions.
- Lead escalations, risk management, and operational support; resolve critical network/provisioning/billing/carrier issues.
- WANโ€“DMZ Engineering Technical: coordinate failover testing; complex routing and security change coordination; telco bandwidth upgrades; capacity/optimization analysis with NetOps; identify automation and continual service improvement.

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelorโ€™s degree in CS/IS/cybersecurity/engineering.
- 6+ years in network capacity in a business/corporate environment.
- Experience managing resources to effect change.
- Knowledge of IP routing/protocols in large IP networks; MPLS provisioning.
- Understanding of secure SD-WAN design/operations; network automation and scripting.
- Solid understanding of DNS, VPN/tunnels, VLANs, NAT, firewalls, LACP, 802.1Q trunking, VRRP; Layer-2 Ethernet WAN; OSPF, EIGRP, BGP-4, OMP, MPLS.
- Ability to troubleshoot/debug and drive resolution; SD-WAN cloud design/components; SD-WAN equipment implementation/operation.
- Excellent oral/written communication; agile, collaborative, adaptable, proactive problem-solving.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Masterโ€™s degree; CCNP (or higher).
- Ability to understand HLD engineering documents; manage DMZ processes and maintain procedural documentation.
- ITIL knowledge; innovative ideas; high technical aptitude; analytical problem-solving; team oriented.

Travel/Work Schedule:
- Standard schedule with possible limited travel (~1 trip/year); hybrid work (in-office 2โ€“3 days/week).

- Base salary range: $139,100โ€“$231,900; bonus target 17.5% of base; 401(k) with matching and additional retirement contribution; paid time off and health benefits (medical/dental/vision).
