Senior Manager, PAQ Virology Strategy (US Medical Affairs) โ Patient Access and Quality of Care (PAQ)
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate Medical Review Committee (MRC) submissions: manage preparation, tracking, revisions, final approvals; ensure timelines, accurate feedback incorporation, and audit-ready documentation/version control.
- Lead updates to scientific decks and medical materials to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with approved data/messaging; coordinate review cycles, versioning, and stakeholder input.
- Oversee external vendor coordination: manage timelines, deliverables, quality checks; support vendor onboarding, contracting, and compliance alignment.
- Support creation and maintenance of medical resources aligned with PAQ objectives, payer evidence needs, and field team requirements; assist with content development, formatting, review, publication, and cataloging.
- Provide logistical/operational support for Medical Affairs Advisory Programs (MAAPs) and Sentinel Panels; coordinate agendas/materials/meetings and post-meeting follow-up; support payer-focused engagements and conferences.
- Manage dossier updates to reflect current data, indications, and payer-relevant evidence; maintain FormularyDecisions.com content and associated review/approval workflows.
- Project manage PAQ HIV budget tracking and updates (forecasts, accruals, vendor spend) with finance and leadership.
- Maintain knowledge management systems (SharePoint sites, resource libraries, indexes) and support continuous workflow improvements.
- May prepare and deliver presentations for internal training and/or external audiences.
- Collaborate across functions in a compliant manner.
Basic Qualifications:
- Masterโs degree and 6 yearsโ experience
- OR PhD/PharmD and 2 yearsโ experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1+ year Medical Affairs (pharma/device), managed care, or HEOR experience; ideally including successful product launch experience
- Advanced life sciences degree (PharmD, MS/MPH, PhD, MD/DO)
- Health outcomes/research/medical affairs background in HIV
- Hands-on, urgent, fast-paced environment
- Solid regulatory/compliance knowledge
- Strong organizational/project planning/time management
- Strong written/verbal communication; ability to engage a wide range of audiences
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills in a matrix environment
- Strategic thinking and ability to lead from ideation to execution
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Adobe
- Ability to travel frequently (+/- 30%)
