Senior Manager – TS AI Finance Engineering (New Brunswick or Raritan, NJ)
Responsibilities:
- Lead roadmap and adoption of the SigniFi AI Engineering Platform.
- Drive AI-enabled software engineering across SAP S/4HANA Finance, SAP BTP, Treasury, Data & Analytics, and enterprise applications.
- Build and enhance AI agents for functional/technical design, code generation, testing, documentation, and QA.
- Partner with business and technology stakeholders to deliver high-value AI use cases.
- Establish engineering standards, AI governance, and best practices for AI-assisted development.
- Lead global engineering teams; mentor talent and drive continuous improvement.
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies and incorporate new capabilities.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
- 8+ years leading enterprise software engineering or SAP technology teams.
- Experience delivering SAP Finance solutions (S/4HANA and SAP BTP).
- Strong understanding of AI-assisted software development, Agile, and DevSecOps.
- Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and strategic planning.
Preferred:
- Generative AI, LLMs, agentic AI, or AI engineering platforms.
- SAP certifications or cloud platform experience.
- Experience in healthcare/life sciences or other regulated industries.
