Senior Manager, Thought Leader Programming

Role: Senior Manager, Thought Leader Programming (TLP), responsible for developing and executing strategies to engage key opinion leaders (KOLs), generate insights, and translate these into educational and commercial initiatives within the biopharma context. Responsibilities: lead peer-to-peer engagement, manage advisory boards and steering committees, develop educational content aligned with clinical evidence, and foster external partnerships with societies and organizations; oversee agency collaborations, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and support organizational objectives through strategic insights. Requirements: Bachelor's degree (master's preferred), 7+ years in pharma/biotech, with 4-5 years in thought leader programs, medical education, or brand management; experience with endocrinology or orphan drugs a plus. Skills: expertise in KOL relationship management, insight synthesis, cross-functional influence, and content development; strong project management across multiple workstreams. High-value: focus on hypercortisolism, oncology, and related diseases, with emphasis on educational programming, advisory boards, and society engagement. Work setup: travel as needed; operates in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
