Technical Lead, Content Technology & MLR Enablement

Key Responsibilities
- Partner with the Content Infrastructure & MLR Global Capability Owner to design solutions, assess feasibility/risks/tradeoffs, and convert business requirements into technical specs/work tasks.
- Collaborate to translate capability roadmaps into scalable architectures and development plans.
- Lead technical delivery: build/configure/integrate software for Veeva PromoMats (enterprise content management), MedComm Vault (regulated content review/approval/governance), and MLR Accelerator (AI-enabled MLR workflow).
- Guide integration with upstream/downstream systems (e.g., CRM, web, analytics); ensure compliance/auditability/regulatory requirements.
- Drive standardization/scalability and support automation/optimization of MLR processes.
- Partner with business/IT security/vendors; direct vendor execution; mentor engineers; lead cross-team technical problem solving.

Required Skills & Experience
- Enterprise software architecture, cloud platforms, and engineering frameworks.
- Scalable, secure, compliant solutions in complex enterprise environments.
- Integration patterns, APIs, and data architecture across content + MLR workflow systems.
- Hands-on tech leadership translating requirements into delivered solutions; Agile product development experience.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in CS/engineering/IS or related.
- 7+ years post-Bachelor’s (or 5+ post-Master’s) in software engineering/technical architecture/enterprise platform development.
- 2+ years as a Tech Lead (hands-on).

Preferred
- Pharmaceutical/healthcare industry experience; rare disease/specialty brands; partnership with enterprise platform or Global Capability teams.

Working Requirements
- 10–20% travel.
