Senior Manager, Talent Sourcing (New Brunswick, NJ; Tampa, FL; Bogota, Colombia; Prague, Czechia)
Purpose:
Lead evolution of talent sourcing strategy and intelligence across MedTech and Enterprise Functions using talent intelligence, AI-enabled sourcing, market insights, and digital engagement. Redefine sourcing as a strategic capability to build scalable talent communities and measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advise TA and business leaders using talent market insights; anticipate skills and labor market shifts.
- Lead digital transformation of sourcing (AI, automation, analytics) to improve discovery, engagement, and pipeline management.
- Develop global sourcing strategies for critical/niche/future skill segments; build sustainable talent ecosystems.
- Influence stakeholders with data-driven recommendations and thought leadership on talent availability and risks.
- Define/track sourcing KPIs and use analytics to optimize ROI, productivity, and speed-to-hire.
- Lead and develop a global team; foster innovation, agility, inclusion, experimentation, continuous learning.
Qualifications:
Required: Bachelorβs degree; 8+ years in Talent Acquisition/Talent Intelligence/Executive Search/Workforce Planning/HR with 3+ years leading strategic sourcing; proven global team leadership; enterprise sourcing strategy execution; strong consulting/influence/executive communication; data-driven decision-making; analytics/problem-solving; experience with talent communities and scalable sourcing; ATS, CRM/TRM, talent intelligence solutions, advanced sourcing tech.
Preferred: AI/automation proficiency; experience in Medical Device/Healthcare/Tech/Life Sciences/Executive Search/Financial Services; matrixed complex global leadership; digital transformation/change management.
