Purpose:
Senior Manager, Talent Sourcing Strategy & Intelligence to lead the evolution of talent sourcing across MedTech and Enterprise Functions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a strategic consultant/advisor to Talent Acquisition and business leaders by turning talent market insights into workforce strategies.
- Anticipate skill demands, labor market shifts, and competitive trends; use workforce analytics and predictive insights to shape hiring and workforce planning.
- Lead digital transformation of talent sourcing (AI, automation, analytics, emerging tech) to improve discovery, engagement, pipeline management, and talent relationship marketing.
- Develop global sourcing strategies for critical/niche/future skills; build talent ecosystems/communities; partner across regions to improve pipeline health and talent availability.
- Influence senior stakeholders with thought leadership and data-driven recommendations; define and monitor sourcing KPIs and business impact.
- Lead and develop a global team; foster innovation, inclusion, experimentation, and continuous learning.

Qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 8+ years in Talent Acquisition/Talent Intelligence/Executive Search/Workforce Planning/HR, including 3+ years leading strategic sourcing initiatives.
- Experience leading/developing high-performing global teams.
- Proven enterprise-wide sourcing strategy execution; strong consulting/influence/executive communication.
- Experience with talent intelligence, labor market analytics, and data-driven decision making.
- Strong analytics, strategic thinking, and problem solving.
- Experience building proactive talent communities and scalable sourcing programs.
- Experience with ATS, CRM/TRM platforms, talent intelligence solutions, and advanced sourcing technologies.

Preferred:
- AI/automation proficiency to improve TA effectiveness/efficiency.
- Experience in Medical Device/Healthcare/Technology/Life Sciences/Executive Search/Financial Services.
- Experience in matrixed highly complex environments; digital transformation/change management.
