Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and oversee therapeutic-area analysis programming; track progress and completion of deliverables.
- Manage programming and quality control of analysis datasets/outputs for regulatory submissions.
- Mentor others on standardization tools and therapeutic area standard analysis approaches.
- Serve as programming representative on multidisciplinary study teams; ensure timely, quality support through regulatory approval and launch.
- Develop data models, programming standards, and code; train end users on project standards.
- Mentor junior staff and promote a collaborative team environment.
- Contribute to programming development and quality control using established tools/methodologies.
- Advise on procedures for data, records, and information retention.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Masterβs degree with 8β10 years of relevant experience.
- Proven experience leading programming deliverables within a clinical or therapeutic area.
- Strong mentoring and team collaboration skills.
- Experience developing and applying programming standards and data models.

- SAS Certification.

Salary Range (annually):
- $150,500.00 - $245,500.00
