Position Summary
- Provide engineering support for electrical infrastructure, including audit support for regulatory inspections, electrical systems concept design through implementation, 24/7 electrical support, and interfacing with the local electrical utility provider.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as system owner for assigned utility infrastructure/systems/equipment.
- Develop/oversee user requirements for new equipment and modifications; support installation with stakeholders.
- Manage site startup and commissioning; coordinate engineering support for validation activities.
- Work with Third Party Integrator, Manufacturing, Quality, and EHS; perform on-the-floor troubleshooting.
- For future construction: coordinate projects (scope, justification, design, construction, schedule, budget); assess spare parts; generate PM job plans and work instructions; conduct system walkdowns prior to handover; sign off as-builts and review/approve TOP.
- Provide subject-matter technical expertise to ensure compliance with regulatory/company/site policies.
- Troubleshoot issues, coordinate internal/external resources, write procurement specs (equipment and instrumentation), support modifications to reduce downtime, manage capital modification projects, and support compliance efforts (Deviations, CAPA, change management, contamination investigations).

Qualifications
- BS in Electrical Engineering (or related) or equivalent; advanced degree preferred.
- 8+ years relevant biopharma experience including plant utilities/auxiliaries (power infrastructure 13.8KVA, electrical distribution, fire alarm/suppression).
- Ability to manage multiple complex technical projects; familiarity with large-scale manufacturing operations and GMP.
- 3D model plant design software desirable; automation logic understanding desirable.
- Read/understand line diagrams; troubleshoot proactively; technical knowledge for industrial building utilities.
- Ability to work extended hours/modified schedule for startups and ongoing 24/7 support.
- Professional Engineer license desirable.
