Senior Manager, SEC Reporting

Role: Senior Financial Reporting & Technical Accounting Lead within a biotech focused on immunology, responsible for SEC filings, technical accounting, and internal controls. Responsibilities: lead quarterly/annual SEC disclosures (10-Q, 10-K, proxy); evaluate complex contracts and transactions; manage stock-based compensation accounting; coordinate audits and SOX testing; develop technical accounting memoranda; enhance reporting processes and controls.
