Role: Scientific AI Engineer supporting Pfizer Oncology R&D through design and implementation of AI/ML solutions. Objectives: translate biological, translational, and clinical questions into applied AI tools to optimize discovery, translational research, and clinical development processes. Responsibilities: develop end-to-end AI models using multimodal datasets (molecular, clinical, real-world); collaborate with scientists and clinicians to ensure scientific rigor and decision relevance; iterate prototypes rapidly based on feedback; document methods for transparency and responsible AI.
