Role: Scientific AI Engineer supporting Pfizer Oncology R&D through development of AI/ML solutions to enhance discovery, translational research, and clinical development. Responsibilities: design end-to-end AI prototypes addressing oncology challenges, analyze multimodal biological datasets, collaborate with domain experts, iterate solutions based on feedback, and ensure scientific rigor and transparency. Requirements: Bachelorโ€™s or advanced degree in computational biology, data science, or related fields; 5+ years (Masterโ€™s) or 1+ years (PhD) of relevant AI/ML experience; strong programming (Python), understanding of oncology biology, and experience with complex datasets.
