Senior Manager, SAP GMX Solution Delivery

Role: Senior Manager responsible for end-to-end leadership and strategic evolution of GMX-enabled data and analytics solutions supporting global financial, operational, and compliance reporting within Pfizer's Digital division. Responsibilities: oversee GMX data solutions (SAP BW, SAP BPC, SAP S/4HANA integrations), lead solution design, data architecture, modernization efforts, and roadmap planning; manage global stakeholder engagement across Finance, Supply Chain, Digital, and SAP platform teams; lead delivery governance, vendor management, portfolio prioritization, and operational excellence; ensure compliance, audit readiness, and data integrity; provide SAP functional and technical leadership, including troubleshooting and supporting SAP modules (BW, BPC, S/4HANA SD, FI-GL); communicate effectively with senior executives and lead cross-functional governance discussions. Requirements: bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, or related field; 10+ years in SAP BW, BPC, or enterprise data solutions with technical expertise in data ingestion, modeling, query development, and ABAP programming; experience leading teams and managing vendor relationships; deep knowledge of GMX, EarnIn, financial close processes, and SAP S/4HANA modules; strong stakeholder influence, communication skills, and ability to operate in fast-paced environments. Preferred: master’s degree, certifications in SAP or project management, experience with SAP BW/4HANA, S/4HANA, SAP Analytics Cloud, and experience in regulated, pharmaceutical, or life sciences industries. Location: hybrid (US-based or remote), with occasional travel. High-value biopharma specifics include focus on financial close, compliance, and SAP-based analytics modernization.
