Senior Manager, SAP GMX Solution Delivery

Role: Senior Manager overseeing SAP GMX Data & Analytics solutions, primarily focusing on global financial, operational, and compliance reporting. Responsibilities include end-to-end leadership of GMX data platforms (SAP BW, BPC, S/4HANA), solution governance, strategic roadmap development, vendor management, and stakeholder engagement across Finance, Supply Chain, and Digital teams. The role involves ensuring data accuracy, scalability, compliance, and enabling analytics capabilities supporting critical enterprise reporting. Key deliverables include managing the portfolio demand pipeline, driving modernization initiatives, and ensuring operational excellence through delivery governance, issue resolution, and process improvements. The position requires strong SAP technical expertise in BW, BPC, S/4HANA, ABAP, and related financial modules, coupled with leadership in a regulated, pharmaceutical, or life sciences environment. Qualifications include 10+ years in SAP data solutions, proven leadership, stakeholder influence, and experience with regulatory compliance (SOX, GMP). Preferred skills encompass SAP S/4HANA, SAP Analytics Cloud, certifications in SAP modules, and experience managing analytics in regulated industries. The role operates in a hybrid work environment (US-based, with 2-3 days onsite or remote) and may require occasional evening/weekend support and limited travel. The position reports to senior digital leadership, collaborates with cross-functional teams, and manages vendor resources to deliver measurable business value.
