Senior Manager, SAP GMX Solution Delivery

Role: Senior Manager overseeing global SAP GMX data and analytics solutions supporting financial, operational, and compliance reporting at Pfizer. Responsibilities include leading end-to-end delivery, governance, and strategic evolution of GMX data platforms such as SAP BW, BPC, and S/4HANA integrations; managing vendor performance; shaping the analytics roadmap; and ensuring solutions meet business, regulatory, and compliance needs. Stakeholder engagement spans Finance, Supply Chain, SAP platform teams, and digital partners. The role demands deep SAP BW/BPC technical expertise, finance domain knowledge (including GMX, EarnIn, financial close, certifications), and leadership experience in managing diverse teams and vendor resources. Key deliverables involve solution design, data architecture, process automation, operational stability, and audit readiness, with a focus on modernization and standardization. The candidate must possess 10+ years in SAP data solutions, with strong influence and communication skills, and experience in regulated industries like pharma or life sciences preferred.
