Responsibilities:
- Lead CRM business outcomes by partnering with commercial brand teams, Medical, IT, HR, and Sales leadership.
- Partner with Sales leadership to evaluate territory performance and workload.
- Develop semi-annual value-based prescribing targets and associated segments.
- Co-manage Sales System support initiatives with external business partners.
- Drive Data Operations and Master Data Management to ensure accurate data (e.g., Primary Address Crediting).
- Identify opportunities and recommend sales team optimization initiatives.
- Provide vision/strategy for commercial data governance and stewardship.
- Lead and monitor distribution of sales alignments and HCP target reports.
- Collaborate to identify and resolve data/operational issues; consult on incident resolution and problem/root-cause analysis.
- Maintain relationships with external data providers (e.g., IQVIA, MMIT, Veeva) for data investigations.
- Lead HCP/HCO Master Data Management and stewardship initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelorβs degree (business, Finance, decision support/analytics, Marketing, or related); Masterβs degree a plus.
- 5β7+ years pharmaceutical industry experience in sales operations, data analysis, advanced analytics, decision support.
- Preferred: experience supporting new-to-market products in Retail and Rare Disease.
- Familiarity with IQVIA, Veeva, Power BI, Sales Force, etc.
- Advanced MS Office; Excel and SQL strongly preferred.
