Role: Senior Manager Regulatory Affairs US Advertising and Promotion-Neuroscience, primarily responsible for overseeing regulatory compliance of promotional materials within the neuroscience therapeutic area. Objectives include ensuring compliance with FDA regulations, guiding promotional strategies, and influencing regulatory policies. Responsibilities involve monitoring industry regulations, representing the department in trade associations, managing and mentoring regulatory staff, developing communication strategies, and fostering cross-functional relationships with Marketing, Medical, Legal, and other stakeholders. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a science field plus 7+ years of relevant industry experience; a PharmD degree plus 5+ years preferred. Must have US regulatory affairs experience specifically related to advertising and promotion, with strong communication and negotiation skills and experience managing teams in complex, matrixed environments. High-value specifics: focus on neuroscience therapeutics, advertising and promotion compliance, experience with FDA regulations, CFR, PhRMA principles, and promotional material review. Work setup: hybrid schedule (3 days in-office, 2 days remote) from one of the specified AbbVie US headquarters locations.
