Role: Lead Publications Team for assigned assets, overseeing the development and execution of scientific publication strategies including manuscripts, abstracts, posters, and oral presentations. Objectives: ensure publication plans align with strategic communication and scientific objectives, manage cross-functional teams, and deliver high-quality, timely outputs. Responsibilities: lead team meetings, manage publication timelines and budgets, review all publications for quality and compliance, collaborate with Scientific Communications and Medical Affairs, oversee external vendor and internal writer contributions, and handle personnel management and resource planning. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree (PhD, PharmD, or Masterβs preferred), 4-5 years in medical/scientific publications within the pharma or related industry, leadership experience, understanding of medical data, and knowledge of publication regulations. Preferred: therapeutic area knowledge, statistical concepts, and scientific publication standards.
