Role Summary

Senior Manager, Product Management at BeOne. Responsible for the digital product vision, planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle, collaborating with engineers, analysts, and internal stakeholders to ensure product goals align with the company’s strategy and drive operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with business to define the digital product vision and strategy. Understand internal technical capabilities
  • Identify product with prioritized features and corresponding justification
  • Ability to understand R&D stakeholders’ needs, translate into detailed requirements and executable tasks and create buy-in for the product vision both internally in PMDI and Digital Solution and Engineering (DSE) teams and with key stakeholders
  • Work closely with engineering teams, project manager to deliver quick prototype, release plans (including versions with specific feature/functionality based on value to the business considering time-to-deliver) and optimal resources
  • Identify product definition compared to industry landscape and perform build versus buy analysis
  • Assess changes in business needs and adapt product direction and/or identify risks and associated mitigation strategies
  • Act as a leader within the company
  • Partner with business function to drive change management and adoption of the digital solutions
  • Developing Intuitive visualization, Dashboards, KPI scorecards, Charts, Graphs using Business Intelligence tools
  • Building advanced User interface (UI)\User Experience (UX) for software solutions
  • Gain understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas to improve customer experience and drive growth. Ability to either build or provide direction/guidance on utilizing predictive analytics tools to provide actionable insights to create operational efficiency and other key performance metrics (KPIs).
  • Strong understanding of clinical and operational data extraction, transformation, and loading of data from a wide variety of data sources using SQL, AWS or AZURE cloud technologies.
  • Effectively communicate with key stakeholders to build dynamic data engineering solutions
  • Work with Communication and Development manager on product launches including branding, education and demos

Qualifications

  • A strong understanding of pharmaceutical/biotech industry, and sense of business acumen in relevant function
  • Bachelors degree required. Masters or above preferred.
  • 7+ years in Life sciences or healthcare discipline
  • Excellent strategic thinking and planning skill to setting the product’s goals and key initiatives
  • With problem sensitivity and excellent problem-solving skill
  • With excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
  • With excellent interpersonal skills to effectively influence and lead the people from customers to stakeholders to team members
  • Familiar with agile Methodology and comfortable navigating fast-paced environments
  • With excellent research and analytic skills
  • Good delegation skills to be able to clearly portray expectations for tasks, resist micromanaging team members and regularly check in the status of the task
  • Good prioritization skills to be able to objectively enforce prioritization to successfully complete tasks and meet goals and deadlines
