Role Summary

This role provides executive support for the delivery of alternative business models across Finance and Operations, and performs ad hoc strategic tasks for Alternative Model Execution Management (AMEM). It drives projects and tasks related to executive support of alternative business models, and executes strategic projects across AMEM and Finance & Operations to progress the organization toward its strategic aspirations. The role aims to ensure complete integration and scaling of processes and information within AMEM and across other internal functions.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in portfolio operations support for AMEM, including presentation development, task management, and internal communications copy development
  • Manage projects and tasks related to alternative model execution
  • Coordinate efficient execution of ad-hoc strategic projects, leveraging internal and external resources as needed
  • Generate deliverables to educate and guide internal functions on evolving trends, insights, and potential strategies in response to identified changes
  • Manage development of presentations on behalf of the VP of Finance and Supply Chain and other materials to provide insights to stakeholders (ET, BoD, ExecMan, GFLT, Brand teams)
  • Translate enterprise strategy aspirations into scalable business systems and processes and define initiatives to reach those aspirations
  • Manage and execute projects with F&SC and F&O LT members and their organizations to fulfill aspirations
  • Communicate around strategic initiatives to the F&O organization and the broader enterprise

Qualifications

  • Education Level: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree. Preferred focus in Business Management, Project Management, and Finance
  • Experience Level: Minimum of 4 years relevant work experience with Bachelor’s or 2 years of relevant experience with Advanced degree
  • Specific or technical job skills
    • Advanced PowerPoint skills required
    • Strong interpersonal, communication, analytical and project management skills with cross-functional collaboration
    • Ability to influence various functional areas and motivate groups without direct line management responsibility
    • Effective time management and multi-project prioritization
    • Proactive, high energy, and driven to complete projects
    • Solution oriented and ability to work independently
    • Excellent communication skills, especially toward senior management

Education

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree; preferred focus in Business Management, Project Management, and Finance

Additional Requirements

  • This position will be onsite in Plainsboro, NJ.
  • 0-10% overnight travel required.
