Role Responsibilities
- Lead performance reporting (brand sales, TRx/NPS, market share, attainment vs. targets) weekly/monthly/quarterly.
- Use secondary data (IQVIA, Symphony, specialty pharmacy, hub/SP) to identify trends, risks/opportunities, and inform brand strategy.
- Analyze performance by patient segments (demographics, lines of therapy, treatment setting, prior treatment history).
- Apply subnational analytics to uncover geographic variation and actionable insights.
- Maintain Oncology LT Dashboard and enterprise reporting; ensure Padcev metrics are accurate, timely, decision-ready.
- Identify data anomalies and validate outputs to ensure insight accuracy.
- Partner with Padcev brand/forecasting teams: demand trends, patient segment sizing, market share dynamics; frame commercial implications of urothelial cancer trends.
- Translate analytics for non-technical VP/C-suite audiences; anticipate questions and close information gaps.
- Leverage AI tools to automate reporting and improve analytics; evaluate new methods/data sources.
- Guide vendor/internal collaborators; ensure consistency of methodology and metrics across portfolio.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (quantitative/business); Master’s preferred.
- 6+ years in biopharma commercial analytics/strategic consulting (or related).
- Secondary data experience (IQVIA, Symphony Health, specialty pharmacy).
- SQL + Python or R; Snowflake (or comparable cloud) strongly preferred.
- Tableau/Power BI (or similar) to build decision dashboards.
- Communicate analytics as business stories; comfort using AI in daily work.
- Matrix/cross-functional experience.
Preferred
- Oncology brand analytics experience in urothelial cancer/competitive dynamics.
- Biomarker-driven segmentation; forecasting inputs; patient journey/HUB-SP/access metrics.
