Role Responsibilities
Performance Measurement & Insights
- Lead performance reporting (brand sales, TRx/NPS, market share, attainment vs. targets) across weekly/monthly/quarterly cadences.
- Use secondary data sources (IQVIA, Symphony, specialty pharmacy, hub/SP data) to identify trends, risks/opportunities, and connect data signals to brand strategy.
- Analyze performance by patient segments (demographics, lines of therapy, treatment setting, prior treatment history).
- Apply subnational analytics to identify geographic variation in performance and patient segment penetration.
- Maintain the Oncology LT Dashboard and enterprise reporting infrastructure to ensure Padcev metrics are accurate and decision-ready.
- Identify data anomalies, validate outputs, and ensure insights are accurate/reliable.

Brand Strategy Support
- Serve as secondary data analytics partner for Padcev brand team for positioning, planning, and commercial decisions.
- Partner with forecasting teams on demand trends, patient segment sizing, and market share dynamics for volume/revenue projections.
- Identify urothelial cancer treatment trends and frame commercial implications.
- Connect patient journey data to brand strategy and identify where patients are lost along diagnosis-to-treatment.

Stakeholder Partnership
- Translate analytics into business language for non-technical VP/C-suite audiences; build trusted relationships.
- Anticipate questions and proactively close information gaps.

AI & Analytical Innovation
- Leverage AI tools to accelerate insights and automate routine reporting; evaluate emerging methods/data for value.
- Contribute to analytics capability agenda (infrastructure and best practices).

Team & Operational Excellence
- Guide/review vendor and internal collaborators; ensure methodological consistency across portfolio.

Qualifications
- BS in quantitative/business discipline (MS preferred).
- 6+ years in biopharma commercial analytics/strategic consulting or related.
- Experience with IQVIA, Symphony Health, and specialty pharmacy data.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R; Snowflake (or comparable cloud) strongly preferred.
- Tableau/Power BI (or similar) for decision-oriented dashboards.
- Ability to communicate analytics as business stories to commercial audiences.
- Comfort using AI tools; interest in AI-driven analytics evolution.
- Experience in matrixed, cross-functional environments.

Preferred Qualifications
- Oncology brand experience (urothelial cancer landscape/competitive dynamics).
- Biomarker-driven market segmentation knowledge.
- Experience providing data inputs to forecasting (patient segment sizing, market share trends).
- Patient journey analytics, HUB/SP data, and access metrics.
