The Senior Manager, Patient Support Data Intelligence is responsible for process improvement, technology, analytics and reporting initiatives across the NovoCare Patient Affordability and Access Support Platform. Oversight, maintenance and ongoing enhancements related to the Patient Support Programs data sources and associated databases. Supports initial and ongoing customer support and communication channels for NovoCare Patient Support Programs. Manages data sets including compliance and database information integrity, program tracking, metrics, analysis and reporting. Establishes operational approach, systems and documented procedures to ensure appropriate operational execution.

Responsibilities:
- Connect with stakeholders on reporting requirements, delivery and performance management
- Optimize, visualize and automate program performance (retrospective and prospective)
- Prepare ad hoc analyses and advanced projections using additional software/programming
- Liaise with/manage vendors and partners for Patient Support reporting, data and database management
- Identify work-process efficiencies across Patient Support and Commercial Operations
- Prepare reports/documentation for audits and inspections (internal and regulatory)
- Design, develop and manage tools facilitating business processes
- Serve as superuser for the Patient Support programs database
- Manage IT projects to upgrade/improve various safety systems
- Develop/manage project plan and timeline; align internal/external stakeholders
- Maintain compliance, quality and privacy standards for customer/program information
- Manage/monitor projects and vendor data feeds; provide program troubleshooting and ongoing status support
- Provide guidance on execution strategy, database functionality, and Reporting & Analytics

Qualifications (Required/Preferred):
- Bachelor’s degree; 8+ years in data management and reporting (advanced degree preferred)
- Relational databases; query languages; data integration and data visualization tools
- Experience with pharmaceutical Longitudinal Access & Adjudication Data (LAAD)
- Documented experience handling change processes (e.g., IT projects)
- Excellent oral and written communication
- 5+ years pharmaceutical industry experience
- Proven ability to manage programs/timelines
- Proven experience developing data visualization tools
- Strong analytical skills translating data into insights and actionable recommendations

Benefits/Compensation (as stated):
- Base compensation range: $120,300–$222,600; eligible for company bonus and long-term incentive/vehicles depending on level
