Role Summary
- Oversees governance and operations of enterprise-wide Patient Services vendor programs (e.g., data operations/quality, vendor performance, program design norms). Ensures solutions are developed, maintained, and scaled to enterprise standards, compliance requirements, and strategic priorities. Collaborates cross-functionally to drive consistency and efficiency.

Role Responsibilities
- Facilitate relationships with third-party vendors (data collection/services) to meet quality, compliance, and productivity standards.
- Facilitate data acquisition and integration with Digital and Analytics to ensure accurate/efficient delivery, ingestion, cleansing, and transformation.
- Provide inputs to senior leadership on vendor selection and the vendor RFP process.
- Build continuous improvement capabilities for near real-time program improvements and share learnings across PPS.
- Execute program design standards to scale patient services across Pfizer’s portfolio.
- Recommend effective organizational/operating models for complex matrix environments.
- Flag risks and implement new processes, tools, and capabilities for process improvement.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree; advanced degree (MBA, MPH, etc.) preferred.
- 6+ years in Biopharma Patient Services Strategy/Operations/Program Management (preferred) or Biopharma Strategy/Management Consulting (required).
- Demonstrated success in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong patient services vendor management experience, including establishing/monitoring/evolving Patient Services SLAs.
- Strong project management/organizational skills; cross-functional leadership.
- Exceptional written/verbal communication; experience presenting to senior leaders.
- Ability to receive and implement direction from senior colleagues.
- Commitment to development and coaching from leadership.
