Senior Manager, Patient Engagement Liaison (West territory)
Responsibilities
- Assess and tailor support based on individual patient needs (disease state, demographics, treatment stage).
- Communicate effectively with patients and care partners, meeting them where they are in the journey.
- Coordinate across stakeholders, including care partners/clinical practice staff and internal teams (Patient Access Specialists, Field Reimbursement Managers).
- Track and document patient journeys in CRM systems (needs, sites of care, dosing schedules).
- Conduct timely follow-ups with patients and care partners.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of Genmab products and associated disease states.
- Educate patients and care partners with accurate, up-to-date clinical information.
- Complete and maintain required Adverse Event and Pharmacovigilance training.
Requirements
- BSN required; Master’s degree (Science, Business, or Public Health) preferred.
- Minimum 6+ years of clinical oncology experience.
- Nurse navigation and/or OCN certification preferred.
- Preferred: pharmaceutical/patient support program experience, including CRM systems and virtual telephony, motivational interviewing, and patient/nurse support program delivery.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and listening skills.
- Ability to explain complex clinical information clearly and empathetically.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving; leadership and influence across stakeholders.
- Organization/time management; compassion and emotional intelligence.
Additional Requirements
- Domestic travel up to 40% (including overnight).
- Ability to work remote and office-based.
