Senior Manager, Patient Advocacy

Role: Develop and execute patient advocacy strategies to embed patient, caregiver, and healthcare provider voices throughout clinical development and commercialization of Compass' mental health treatments, including psilocybin-based therapies. Responsibilities: Build and maintain relationships with advocacy groups, serve as patient voice internally for clinical, regulatory, and access decisions; collaborate cross-functionally with Clinical Development, Regulatory, Medical Affairs, and Market Access teams; support patient engagement initiatives, real-world insights, and trial design adjustments; ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards. Requirements: Bachelor's degree; 3-5+ years in patient advocacy, public affairs, or medical affairs; strong knowledge of mental health conditions and advocacy landscape; experience with clinical trials or commercialization in psychiatric or neurological areas preferred.
