Patient Advocacy
Role: Senior Manager, Patient Advocacy, to develop and execute strategies that elevate patient voice, build trusted relationships with advocacy groups, and support disease education, access, and outcomes. Responsibilities: lead advocacy campaigns, coordinate advisory boards, generate patient insights, and collaborate cross-functionally with Medical, Clinical, Commercial, Market Access, and Policy teams; represent the company at events and policy discussions; manage budgets and grants; monitor policy impacts. Requirements: Bachelor's degree; 8+ years in patient advocacy, community engagement, or related biopharma roles; proven partnership-building, stakeholder management, project execution, and communication skills; working knowledge of clinical development, real-world evidence, and compliance standards. Preferred: experience in rare diseases, oncology, hematology, or cardio-metabolic areas. High-Value: biopharma (patient advocacy, disease education, access), therapeutic areas include rare diseases and oncology; on-site in Sleep Hollow, NY, 4 days/week; travel 25β50%, including evenings/weekends as needed.
