Senior Manager, P2P Process & Platform Enablement

Role: Senior Manager overseeing Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process and platform enablement within biopharma operations, focusing on ensuring compliant, efficient purchasing and supplier transactions. Responsibilities include managing P2P workflows (requisitioning, approvals, PO management, receiving, invoicing), leading supplier data management, driving continuous process improvements leveraging AI and automation, overseeing change management and release readiness, and ensuring controls and compliance with audit standards. The role partners with Procurement Operations, Finance, IT, and other cross-functional teams to optimize operational stability and user experience.

Qualifications: 8+ years supporting and enabling P2P processes in a business, COE, or product ownership capacity; strong understanding of end-to-end P2P execution; hands-on experience in requirements gathering, UAT, enhancements, and user training; proficiency with AI, RPA, OCR, and P2P platform integrations. Preferred attributes include experience with Coupa, Supplier Information Management, and automation initiatives, along with partnership with ERP and Accounts Payable teams.
