- Experience mapping to controlled vocabularies/ontologies (e.g., NCIT, MedDRA, BAO, CL, CHEBI, Allotrope, PROCO).
- Experience with ontology management tools (e.g., SciBite CENtree, TopBraid Composer).
- Experience defining/executing QC/QA checks and maintaining SOPs.
- Version control experience; ability to track and merge ontology changes.

Preferred qualifications:
- Partnering with data platform/engineering teams to implement validation/QC/ingestion workflows.
- Familiarity with W3C semantic web/ontology standards (RDF/RDFS/OWL/SKOS/SHACL).

Compensation and benefits:
- U.S. base salary range: $137,000.00–$215,270.00.
- Potential eligibility for incentives; medical/dental/vision, 401(k) match, disability, life insurance, tuition reimbursement, paid volunteer time off, holidays, and well-being benefits; up to 80 hours sick time and up to 120 hours paid vacation for new hires.
