Role: Senior Manager, Internal Communications within AbbVie's Oncology Capabilities and Operations, focusing on developing and executing strategic internal communications to enhance organizational connectivity, culture, and alignment. Responsibilities: lead communication strategy, stakeholder engagement, content creation across various channels, and governance; serve as trusted advisor to senior leaders; oversee internal channels including intranet; coordinate messaging for business milestones; leverage analytics and AI tools for continuous improvement; manage internal agencies and vendors. Requirements: Bachelor's degree; 8-12 years in corporate or internal communications, preferably in life sciences or healthcare; proven experience supporting complex, matrixed organizations; strong executive presence, storytelling, and multi-format content skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Staffbase, and Smartsheet; ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority; 10% travel.
