Senior Manager, Omnichannel Strategy-Oncology

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the digital SME and business partner to the US Marketing & Sales Team and supporting cross-functional teams.
- Integrate omnichannel strategies into the product brand plan, supporting complex launch environments across multiple brands and/or indications.
- Develop tactical plans and execute prioritized tactics aligned to brand vision and strategy, including multi-indication launch plans.
- Lead with data: ensure data capture and design measurement strategies from the onset.
- Coordinate early with Ops, Privacy, Data Science, Regulatory, and IT, especially in dynamic launch environments with evolving regulatory considerations.
- Drive omnichannel strategy and execution across concurrent launch timelines, ensuring alignment, prioritization, and resource optimization.
- Create innovative ways of working to deliver an ideal customer experience.
- Stay current on industry trends and promotional opportunities; promote best practices.
- Define KPIs and report through the US Marketing & Sales Team.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables aligned to launch readiness, coordinating overlapping milestones and compressed timelines.

Qualifications:
- Bachelorโ€™s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
- 7+ years relevant experience in Pharma/Biotech required.
- Oncology marketing and/or therapeutic area experience preferred.
- Deep digital and omnichannel execution across core channels required.
- Experience with complex launch environments (multiple concurrent brands/indications, multi-indication strategies, accelerated approval timelines).
- Knowledge of cross-functional interdependencies; marketing operations, data operations, and data privacy.
- Experience with marketing technologies for web/mobile/app experiences, automation, performance & insight generation, and compliance.
- Proven cross-functional project leadership; proactive, decisive, resourceful; ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Startup/emerging pharma/new team experience preferred.
