Role Overview
Senior Manager, Network Supply Chain Finance.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as delegate to the Director, Supply Chain Finance, representing the function in cross-functional and executive forums as needed.
- Drive financial insights and recommendations for manufacturing operations, supply chain strategy, and long-term profitability.
- Lead development of executive-ready materials for GMFR, LRFP, Business Plan, and leadership reviews.
- Integrate and synthesize financial performance across site finance (Raritan, Ghent) and Network FP&A for an enterprise-level view.
- Ensure alignment across forecasting, reporting, and planning processes.
- Translate site-level drivers into actionable insights for above-site and executive stakeholders.
- Lead financial strategy for COGS optimization with Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, and Procurement.
- Develop driver-based financial models; evaluate cost initiatives, capacity investments, and trade-offs.
- Provide forward-looking scenario analysis for strategic decisions and risk mitigation.
- Own monthly forecasting, annual budgeting, and LRFP for manufacturing and supply chain performance.
- Deliver variance analysis and performance insights aligned to corporate targets.
- Lead financial oversight of collaboration agreements and external partnerships, including full product P&L modeling and profitability analysis.
- Support financial governance and issue resolution with external stakeholders.
- Oversee CMO financial planning/forecasting (scenario modeling and spend optimization).
- Identify and implement process improvements, automation, and scalable FP&A/reporting tools.
- Drive standardization of methodologies across sites and Network FP&A.
Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in finance/accounting or related field (required); MBA and/or CPA/CMA (preferred).
- 6+ years progressive FP&A/manufacturing finance experience.
- Business partnering experience in manufacturing/supply chain (life sciences/pharma preferred).
- Ability to influence in matrixed global organizations.
- Executive-level decision support experience (VP/CFO preferred).
- SOX controls and audit process knowledge (preferred).
- Trusted advisor/strong ownership; influence without authority.
- Strong business judgment; exceptional communication.
- Advanced financial modeling, forecasting, and scenario analysis.
- Deep manufacturing finance, cost accounting, and operational driver knowledge.
- Experience with process improvements/transformation.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint; ERP/BI tools preferred.
