Media Strategy, Planning & Business Partnership
- Serve as media strategy lead for assigned brand(s) and/or therapeutic area(s); partner with Brand, Analytics, Omnichannel, Digital, and agency teams.
- Translate brand objectives, audience priorities, business context, and performance into strategic plans, tactical recommendations, and optimization opportunities.
- Lead media planning inputs (audience strategy, channel role, tactical requirements, media asset needs, campaign priorities).
- Create recommendations/presentations to align on media plans, optimizations, and investment decisions.
- Share learnings across indications to improve at the portfolio level.

Campaign Execution, Optimization & Performance
- Oversee execution across channels/workstreams to deliver plans against KPIs.
- Partner with agencies on launch readiness, trafficking/tagging, optimization timing, issue resolution, and performance management.
- Lead optimization across audiences, channels, tactics, spend, sequencing, frequency, and outcomes.
- Review dashboards/reporting to diagnose drivers and recommend actions; partner with Analytics on closed-loop optimization.

Consumer Marketing Capability Evolution
- Help evolve the media teamโ€™s consumer marketing operating model (business partnership and capability ownership).
- Operationalize clean-room-enabled activation/measurement and new data-enabled capabilities (segmentation, activation, measurement, reporting).

Budget, Agency & Operational Management
- Manage media budgets (pacing, investment tracking, PO/invoice/accrual support, escalation) and ensure accurate financial documentation.
- Manage agencies against scopes, deliverables, timelines, and performance expectations; maintain documentation/decision tracking.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelorโ€™s degree.
- 7+ years in media strategy/digital/media planning/performance marketing (or related).
- Strong digital media experience (paid social, programmatic, online video, digital display, and/or biddable/performance channels).
- Marketing Mix Models/measurement experience; knowledge of planning/activation, targeting, trafficking/tagging, and optimization.
- Strong data/dashboard and communication/influencing skills; ability to lead in a matrix environment; agency management experience.

Preferred Qualifications
- Regulated (pharma/biotech/healthcare) experience; working closely with a media agency.
- Large budget support (pacing, invoice reconciliation, accruals, or agency billing).
- Clean-room activation and privacy-safe marketing; CDPs/DMPs; omnichannel measurement.
- Power BI/Tableau/GA or similar tools; consumer media; AI-enabled media/automation/test-and-learn/dynamic creative optimization.
