Senior Manager, Media Architect
Responsibilities:
- Design holistic DTC and HCP omnichannel media plans aligned to brand strategy/objectives, balancing upper/lower funnel spend, channel mix, and budget.
- Oversee media buying and placement to ensure effective campaign execution, audience prioritization, and delivery of all deliverables.
- Serve as primary account lead for media agency partners to maximize MROI by managing performance, fostering innovation, providing independent perspective, and maintaining strong top-to-top relationships.
- Coordinate deployment across field and digital channels; collaborate with brand leads and scrum teams to ensure media placement aligns to strategy.
- Plan and optimize cross-channel media investments by defining channel roles, sequencing, and investment mix to support upper/lower funnel conversion.
- Establish measurement plans (KPIs) and develop test-and-learn frameworks for in-sprint optimization, partnering with I&A to translate analytics into actions.
- Support media procurement by assisting with RFPs in coordination with procurement and internal Media CoE.
Qualifications (required/preferred):
- Bachelor’s degree required; preferred advanced degree (MBA, MS, PharmD, or related).
- 7+ years of digital media planning experience with omnichannel strategy/execution in pharmaceutical/healthcare.
- Leadership experience guiding media teams and cross-functional collaboration.
- Direct experience in regulated pharma environments.
- Strategic, data-driven decision-making and strong commercial acumen.
- Collaboration across analytics, brand, and agencies; strong communication and stakeholder influence.
- Knowledge of omnichannel media planning (HCP and DTC), media agency leadership/performance management, pharma content lifecycle, and MMM/MROI/incrementality testing frameworks.
