Senior Manager, Media Architect
About the Role
- Design data-driven omnichannel media strategies to maximize brand growth and customer engagement for DTC and HCP, ensuring alignment, compliance, and performance accountability across teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Omnichannel strategy: Build holistic DTC/HCP media plans aligned to brand objectives; manage spend across upper/lower funnel, channel mix, and budget.
- Media buying: Oversee media buying and placement to execute campaigns, prioritize audiences, and deliver against requirements.
- Agency/vendor leadership: Primary account lead for media agencies; maximize MROI via performance management, innovation, independent perspective, and strong partner relationships.
- Orchestration: Coordinate deployment across field and digital channels; partner with brand leads/scrum teams to ensure placement aligns to strategy.
- Cross-channel planning: Define channel roles, sequencing, and investment mix; optimize to support upper/lower funnel conversion.
- Performance measurement: Establish KPI/measurement plans; develop test-and-learn frameworks; partner with I&A to translate insights into in-sprint optimizations.
- Procurement: Support media RFPs with procurement and internal media CoE.
Qualifications (Required/Preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree required; preferred advanced degree (MBA, MS, PharmD, or related).
- 7+ years in digital media planning with omnichannel ownership in pharma/healthcare.
- Leadership experience; strong collaboration, communication, commercial acumen, and data-driven decision-making.
- Regulated pharma environment experience.
- Knowledge of omnichannel HCP/DTC planning, media agency leadership/performance.
- Understanding of content development and pharma content lifecycle; MMM, MROI, incrementality testing frameworks.
Compensation/Benefits (location: Lexington, MA)
- U.S. base salary range: $137,000–$215,270.
