Senior Manager, Manufacturing Technical Services

Role: Senior Manager, Manufacturing Technical Operations (MTO) overseeing quality-record strategies for internal Cell and Gene Therapy (CGT) manufacturing. Responsible for end-to-end management of quality events, including CAPAs, change controls, deviations, and investigations. Responsibilities include leading a team of five+, providing strategic oversight for complex quality records, driving cross-functional investigations, and establishing best practices to enhance quality event compliance and continuous improvement. The role supports inspection readiness and ensures GMP compliance for CGT manufacturing processes. Requirements: Bachelor's in engineering, Life Sciences, or related field; 6+ years in biopharma manufacturing, quality, or process development; 2+ years of leadership experience; deep knowledge of cGMPs and global quality standards; experience in cell and gene therapy manufacturing preferred.
