Senior Manager, Learning and Development Technical Lead

Role: Technical Lead for Learning and Development (L&D) global capability product team, responsible for designing, building, and delivering enterprise learning platforms and enablement solutions. Responsibilities: partner with product owners and architecture teams to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions; lead development and integration of LMS, onboarding, CRM, and digital training tools; establish development standards and guide vendor and internal teams; mentor developers and ensure compliance with security and enterprise standards; collaborate across functions to resolve technical challenges. Requirements: Bachelor's in computer science or related field; 7+ years in learning technology, with at least 2 years in a leadership or technical management role; expertise in enterprise learning platforms, APIs, system integrations, and digital learning solutions; experience in pharma or healthcare industry preferred.
