Senior Manager, Learning and Development Technical Lead

Tech Lead, Learning and Development — hands-on technical leadership and architectural guidance for the Learning & Development Global Capability Product team.

Responsibilities:
- Partner with the L&D Product Owner to design solutions and translate business requirements into technical specifications/work tasks.
- Collaborate with suite lead/architects to turn roadmaps into scalable architectures; assess feasibility, risks, dependencies.
- Lead technical delivery: build/configure/integrate solutions for:
- Enterprise Learning Platform (LMS & e-learning), including onboarding, role-based curricula, and LMS governance.
- CRM & Digital Tool enablement training for CRM, omnichannel, data, and AI tools.
- Lead agile ceremonies and end-to-end ownership of complex technical challenges.
- Establish L&D development standards (modular content architecture, asset reuse, LMS-governed workflows).
- Provide hands-on guidance to development teams; mentor engineers and coordinate cross-team/vendor execution.
- Ensure solutions meet security and regulatory requirements.

Required Qualifications/Skills:
- Bachelor’s in CS/engineering/IS or related.
- 7+ years (or 5+ years with a Master’s) in L&D/training operations/capability enablement in pharma; enterprise learning platforms (LMS), sales/marketing training, onboarding, experiential learning.
- 2+ years leading as Tech Lead/TTPM/Engineering Manager.
- Experience with scalable, secure, compliant systems; system integration patterns/APIs/data architecture; analytics/feedback loops; Agile product delivery.

Preferred:
- Pharmaceutical/healthcare industry experience.
- Rare disease/specialty brands; partnering with enterprise/global capability product teams.

Working Requirements: 10–20% travel.
