Tech Lead, Learning and Development (Global Capability Product)

Responsibilities
- Partner with the Learning & Development Product Owner to design solutions for business problems; translate requirements into technical specs and work tasks.
- Collaborate with suite leads/architects to translate roadmaps into scalable architectures, assessing feasibility, constraints, dependencies, and risks.
- Lead delivery of enterprise learning platforms (LMS & e-learning with LMS governance), role-based curricula, and CRM & digital tool enablement (CRM, omnichannel, data, AI tools).
- Lead agile execution and end-to-end ownership of complex technical challenges; guide development teams on scalable learning/enablement platforms.
- Ensure standards (modular content architecture, asset reuse, LMS-governed workflows) and provide hands-on technical guidance.
- Partner with security and vendors to meet standards/regulatory requirements; mentor developers and lead cross-team problem solving.

Qualifications / Required Skills
- Bachelor’s in CS/engineering/information systems or related.
- 7+ years (or 5+ years with a Master’s) in pharma learning & development/training operations/capability enablement; enterprise learning platforms (LMS), sales & marketing training, onboarding, experiential learning.
- 2+ years as Tech Lead/Engineering Manager/TPM managing developers.
- Strong knowledge of LMS/LXP, content authoring, microlearning, simulation/experiential learning, digital coaching/AI tools; system integration, APIs, data architecture.
- Experience owning learning platforms as products (roadmap, integrations, UX) and using analytics/feedback loops.

Preferred
- Pharmaceutical/healthcare industry experience; rare disease/specialty brands; experience with Global Capability Product teams.

Benefits (explicitly stated)
- Base pay range (US candidates): $141,600.00–$212,400.00; may include discretionary annual bonus/incentive and discretionary equity.

Working Requirements
- 10–20% travel.
