Key Responsibilities:
- Partner on solution design and technical roadmap planning for KOL & External Engagement Platforms.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and executable work.
- Lead technical delivery: build/configure/integrate engagement platforms (e.g., HCP EngageNow, Veeva Events Portal), event/congress platforms (e.g., SpotMe, Cadence), and integration frameworks connecting engagement, CRM, analytics, and compliance.
- Lead agile ceremonies; ensure compliance, auditability, and regulatory requirements are met.
- Coordinate upstream/downstream integrations; enable standard workflows across brands/markets/channels.
- Mentor engineers; direct vendors; resolve complex cross-team technical challenges.
Required / Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s in CS/engineering/IS or related field.
- 7+ years (or 5+ years with Master’s) in pharma customer engagement/KOL management/event & congress/patient advocacy, with expertise in compliant engagement delivery.
- 2+ years as Tech Lead/Technical Program Manager/Engineering Manager (or equivalent people leadership).
- Enterprise architecture/integration expertise (APIs, system integration patterns, data architecture) and experience designing scalable digital platforms.
- Preferred: full-stack experience for external-facing apps; pharmaceutical/healthcare and rare disease/specialty brand experience.
Working Requirements:
- 10–20% travel.
