Senior Manager International Learning (Hematology Oncology - CLL and/or AML)

Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a strategic partner/SME to assigned brand teams; assess cross-functional learning needs and develop integrated learning plans aligned to brand strategy and tactical plans.
- Propose/manage brand budget aligned to brand lifecycle and learning needs.
- Partner with stakeholders at International, Areas, and Top 12 Affiliates to co-create Oncology learning materials; lead monthly International Learning sessions for alignment.
- Maintain ongoing professional development; stay current on industry trends and best practices, including use of AI/technology.
- Conduct vendor evaluations with purchasing; select and manage vendors to develop content aligned with brand plans within budget.
- Serve as medical/regulatory lead to obtain necessary approvals for end-user use.
- Plan, develop, and execute material rollouts via internal communication and train-the-trainer programs.
- Ensure content accessibility via Academy and Veeva; keep curriculum up to date and ensure stakeholders know where to find brand-aligned materials.
- Align content development to international learning standards (standard core curriculum with customization), leveraging AI/technology.
- Measure impact of learning tactics to ensure value to the brand, cross-functional partners, and execution excellence in Areas/Affiliates.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree; MBA or related advanced degree preferred.
- Experience designing curricula and training materials; strong curriculum design/content development knowledge.
- Advanced communication and facilitation skills; ability to deliver to multicultural audiences.
- Networking with external stakeholders/industry forums/learning specialists.
- Strategic thinking and tactical business planning; strong project management in a highly matrix environment.
- 7–10 years combined learning, sales, and marketing or related cross-functional experience.
- Proven partnership-building with cross-functional leaders (Product/Marketing/Associate Director/Director level).
