Position Summary
The Senior Manager, HR Business Partner serves as a strategic and operational HR partner for Caris Life Sciences’ fast-paced, high-growth commercial organization, providing front-line HR partnership to sales leadership and key stakeholders. Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted HR advisor to sales leaders, aligning HR strategies with commercial objectives and growth targets.
- Provide front-line HR business partnering support, including employee relations, performance management, talent development, and organizational effectiveness.
- Partner with leadership on workforce planning, organizational design, and talent acquisition strategies.
- Drive talent management processes, including performance reviews, succession planning, and leadership development.
- Collaborate with Total Rewards and business leaders on sales compensation programs, incentive plans, and performance-based initiatives.
- Support change management for growth, restructuring, and transformation initiatives.
- Analyze HR data and business metrics to identify trends and inform decision-making.
- Ensure consistent application of HR policies, practices, and compliance requirements.
- Champion a high-performance, inclusive culture to support engagement and retention.
- Partner cross-functionally with Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Learning & Development, and HR Operations to deliver integrated HR solutions.

Required Qualifications
- 5+ years progressive Human Resources experience.
- 5+ years HR experience supporting sales, commercial, or revenue-generating organizations.
- Experience in employee relations, organizational design, performance management, and change management.
- Strong business acumen for sales organizations, performance metrics, and incentive-driven environments.
- Ability to influence leaders and build partnerships across levels.
- Ability to operate strategically and tactically in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Excellent communication, consulting, and stakeholder management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general Internet use for business.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in healthcare/biotech/diagnostics/life sciences.
- Experience supporting geographically dispersed sales teams.
- SHRM-SCP/SHRM-CP/SPHR/PHR.
- Experience supporting organizational growth, M&A, or large-scale transformation.

Physical Demands
- Stationary position for extended periods.
- Operate computer/office equipment.
- Occasional lifting up to 15 pounds.

Training
- Job-specific, safety, and compliance training assigned based on job functions.

Other
- Periodic travel to field sales teams, leadership meetings, and corporate locations.
- May require attendance outside standard business hours.
