Senior Manager, HTA, Value and Evidence (HV&E), Genitourinary Cancer

Role: Senior Manager in Pfizer’s HTA, Value & Evidence team, focusing on developing strategies to support access and reimbursement for Oncology treatments. Responsibilities: lead health economics and outcomes research (HEOR) initiatives to generate real-world evidence, manage studies such as non-interventional research and registries, update global value tools and dossiers, and align evidence dissemination with stakeholder needs—including regulators, payers, and clinicians. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across global markets, integrating local evidence needs into a unified strategy. Qualifications: graduate degree (MSc, MPH, PhD, or DrPH) in health economics, health services research, or related field; 2+ years with MSc/MPH/MBA or 1+ year with PharmD/PhD/DrPH in HEOR; strong understanding of HEOR methods, health economics, and epidemiology; project management skills; and experience in oncology or HTA organizations preferred.
