About The Role
Responsible for execution and maintenance of product/disease specific projects to establish prevalence/burden of disease/symptoms or health outcomes from treatment. Works with Global Clinical Development, Medical Affairs, and Brand teams; contributes to HEOR strategy development.

Your Contributions (include, But Are Not Limited To)
- Design, develop, and implement projects to create disease/product evidence to inform commercial strategy, value assessment, and market access
- Own HEOR content with development or brand team leads
- Collaborate with internal partners to meet evidence needs of external consumers
- Oversee and manage vendors
- Support achievement of departmental goals
- Develop/modify/execute company policies affecting operations; oversee tactical initiatives through subordinate employees
- Analyze issues/data using in-depth knowledge of organizational objectives
- Establish and ensure adherence to budgets, schedules, work plans, and performance requirements
- Other duties as assigned

Requirements
- MPH/MS (Health Outcomes or Health Economics) + 6+ years pharma HEOR experience (direct research preferred); HEOR 2-year fellowship desired, OR
- PhD (HE/HO or related) or PharmD + 4+ years relevant experience
- Previous managerial/functional management experience
- Broad understanding of team processes/systems; how discipline integrates within the function
- Strong interpersonal, leadership, communication, analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
- Attention to detail and confidentiality; strong data analytics (commercial claims/public datasets)
- Publication/medical writing experience required; claims/data set analysis and economic modeling highly preferred
- Proficient in Word/Excel/PowerPoint; SAS or other statistical programming

Compensation/Benefits
- Annual base salary: $154,500.00–$211,000.00; annual bonus (target 30%); equity long-term incentive eligibility
