Senior Manager, HEOR

Role: Lead Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR) projects to generate disease-specific evidence supporting product value and market access strategies. Responsibilities: design and implement HEOR studies, collaborate with development/brand teams, oversee vendors, and develop evidence to inform commercial decisions. Contribute to HEOR strategy development and ensure alignment with departmental and corporate goals. Requirements: MPH/MS in Health Outcomes or Health Economics with 6+ years of pharma industry experience; PhD/PharmD with 4+ years also acceptable; proven leadership and project management skills; strong data analysis and scientific writing abilities. HighValue: HEOR in biopharma, with emphasis on evidence generation for neurological, psychiatric, endocrine, or immunological disorders; experience with claims analysis, economic modeling, and large data sets preferred; familiarity with SAS or similar statistical tools; prior management experience.
