Role: Senior Manager of Healthcare Compliance responsible for developing and maintaining Cytokinetics' risk-based compliance monitoring and oversight program. The role involves partnering with Compliance, Legal, and Internal Audit teams globally to ensure adherence to healthcare laws, regulations, and industry standards, particularly related to interactions with healthcare professionals. Responsibilities include designing compliance frameworks, conducting field monitoring (e.g., speaker programs, advisory boards), coaching field personnel, managing training programs, and preparing compliance reports. The position also encompasses policy development, issue management, and continuous improvement initiatives. Requirements: minimum 6+ years in biotech, pharma, or life sciences compliance; Bachelor's in related field; experience with field monitoring and bio/pharma industry analytics; knowledge of healthcare laws and regulations; strong communication, analytical, and relationship-building skills. Preferred: experience in healthcare law compliance, training, and monitoring.
