Senior Manager, Health Care Compliance Officer

Role: Senior Manager, Health Care Compliance Officer at Johnson & Johnson, supporting Innovative Medicine teams. Objectives: enable compliant growth by translating evolving legal and regulatory requirements into practical guidance, fostering a principles-based, risk-informed compliance culture. Responsibilities: serve as a strategic advisor to business leaders, embedding compliance in strategy and operations, conducting risk assessments, managing compliance risks, and supporting process improvements; collaborate cross-functionally (Legal, Medical, Commercial, Regulatory, HR) to integrate compliance by design; promote accountability and ethical decision-making through training and coaching; provide day-to-day guidance on HCP/HCO engagements, medical education, and incentive programs; support issue escalation and resolution. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree, 8+ years in business, with 5+ in healthcare compliance or risk management; knowledge of healthcare laws, FDA, federal programs; strong influencing, communication, and analytical skills; experience with compliance program design or transformation preferred; familiarity with pharmaceutical commercial and medical models advantageous. High-Value: Healthcare compliance within pharmaceutical or biotech sectors, emphasizing federal healthcare, FDA regulations, and risk management; experience as HCC or GCC officer, CCEP certification preferred. Work setup: based in Horsham, PA, with approximately 10% domestic travel.
