Role Summary
Senior Manager, GTM & Campaigns for PfizerForAll leads go-to-market strategies and promotional plans for key therapeutic areas, ensuring branded experiences, campaigns and capabilities are delivered with speed, quality and compliance. The role connects patients to Pfizer and partner resources, driving KPIs and strengthening Pfizer brand equity and trust. This is a hands-on role that bridges marketing, digital products, innovation and operations to deliver a cohesive consumer experience across paid, owned, earned and shared channels.
Responsibilities
- Own the execution of the ideal TA audience journey and engagement plans across paid, owned and earned channels to drive maximum impact and meet KPIs.
- Implement the integrated go-to-market plan for PfizerForAll across web, social and other channels for key therapeutic areas.
- Shape positioning and messaging frameworks to ensure consistency and impact across PfizerForAll channels.
- Collaborate with agency partners, PfizerForAll.com product, and media teams to deliver against the integrated go-to-market plan.
- Ensure quality delivery and execution of TA experiences within the Pfizer branded ecosystem.
- Provide financial stewardship and budget management for campaigns to maximize ROI.
- Manage day-to-day execution activities, including review processes, content development, and coordination with partners and project management.
- Champion innovation, scanning external trends, best practices, and disruptive ideas.
- Drive cross-functional alignment with media, analytics, and creative teams to deliver high-quality outputs.
- Develop and implement continuous optimization, A/B testing, and channel best practices for TA campaigns and experiences.
Qualifications
- Required: Bachelor’s degree; 6+ years of experience in marketing strategy, product marketing, brand management, or go-to-market leadership.
- Preferred: MBA or Master’s degree.
- Required: Industry experience in pharma, healthcare/digital health, or CPG preferred.
- Required: Proven ability to develop and execute integrated marketing strategies in complex organizations.
- Required: Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills with ability to translate insights into actionable plans.
- Required: Experience briefing, developing and launching best-in-class creative concepts.
- Required: Experience working with marketing data and an analytical mindset.
- Required: Familiarity with paid, earned, owned and internal media channels and activations.
- Required: Experience influencing senior stakeholders and managing cross-functional collaboration.
- Required: Familiarity with digital ecosystems, omnichannel marketing, and performance measurement.
- Required: Excellent communication skills and executive presence.
- Required: Financial acumen and ability to manage budgets effectively.
- Required: Agility and adaptability in dynamic business environments.

Education
