Senior Manager, Global Strategic Orchestration – Commercial IT

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic partner to Commercial IT Leadership for enterprise Commercial Technology initiatives.
- Partner with the Commercial Leadership Team to translate business priorities into integrated technology roadmaps.
- Advise executive leadership on portfolio health, strategic investment decisions, delivery risks, and transformation opportunities.
- Champion a long-term Commercial Technology vision balancing innovation, scalability, governance, and business value.
- Provide strategic orchestration across the integrated Commercial Technology portfolio (CRM, CMS, Marketing Technology, Omnichannel, Content, AI, and future capabilities).
- Align priorities, funding, timelines, and roadmaps to maximize enterprise value.
- Manage enterprise dependencies, resource constraints, risks, and opportunities.
- Provide leadership-level status and financial reporting for decision-making.
- Coordinate execution across capability leads, architects, delivery teams, stakeholders, and integration partners.
- Remove organizational barriers and keep programs aligned to business objectives through planning, implementation, and adoption.
- Standardize steering committees, executive reporting, RAID management, RACI models, and escalation processes.
- Establish a value realization framework; define expected business outcomes before investments.
- Develop KPI frameworks and track benefits realization before/during/after implementation; recommend optimizations.

Minimum Qualifications
- 10+ years in Commercial IT, enterprise technology, strategic portfolio management, digital transformation, or equivalent leadership.
- Strongly preferred experience partnering with Commercial business functions (pharma sales/marketing, omnichannel engagement, content/campaign ops, field enablement, analytics).
- Demonstrated success leading enterprise transformation across multiple business and technology organizations.
- Experience influencing executives and leading governance without direct ownership of delivery teams/platforms.
- Proven ability managing complex portfolios with cross-program dependencies.
- Strong knowledge of pharma commercial landscape, architecture/operating models, governance frameworks, portfolio management, and business case development.
- Experience defining KPIs/value realization, executive reporting, and strategic planning deliverables.
- Exceptional executive communication/facilitation and stakeholder management; collaborative influencer in matrix/global organizations; results-oriented with ownership/accountability.
- United States remote (EST preferred) with flexibility for global stakeholders.

Salary Range: $95,000 - $193,000.
